Booking Terms and Conditions

Concession Rates:

  • Concession price available for students and members of lived experience organisations

The booking cost covers:

  • Full conference pass for days booked, including access to all plenary sessions, service visits and the welcome reception.
  • All refreshments and catering from morning registration to end of programmed activity on each day.
  • Digital delegate pack A ticket for the Celebration Event must be booked separately.

Not included in booking cost:

  • Accommodation is not included.
  • Accommodation must be booked independently. Please see the travel and accommodation page for accommodation options.

Membership discount eligibility:

  • One discounted place per named EFTC member.

Payment and Cancellation:

  • In the event the conference is cancelled or postponed by Phoenix Futures, all delegates will be offered the choice of a full refund of their booking fee, or if applicable the option to transfer their booking to the rescheduled date.
  • If you need to cancel your attendance, we will consider a refund in extenuating circumstances.
  • In the event the conference is cancelled or postponed by Phoenix Futures, or a delegate cancels their booking or is unable to attend, Phoenix Futures will not reimburse the delegate for any costs incurred in relation to their planned attendance at the conference, including but not limited to travel and accommodation costs, and lost income.


  • All conference delegates must comply with relevant legislation around Covid-19.
